   1.2 Shipping Costs: Free shipping is available within Germany. For buyers outside of Germany, shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, value of the artwork, and destination country.

   1.3 Packaging: Our artworks are securely packaged by an external company to ensure the best possible protection during transport.

   1.4 Delivery Time: Delivery time depends on the destination country and can vary between 5 to 14 business days for international shipments. For domestic deliveries within Germany, the delivery time is typically 3 to 7 business days. More precise information will be provided after the order is completed.

   1.5 Shipping Provider: Shipping is handled by Transglobal Express. This company ensures the safe and reliable transport of your artworks.
    

2. Shipping Insurance and Liability
   2.1 All artworks are insured during shipping according to their size and value. Should any damage occur during shipping, the shipping provider's insurance will cover the damage.
    

3. Return and Refund Policy
   3.1 Returns: Products can be returned at your own expense within 14 days in accordance with § 312g BGB.

   3.2 Shipping Damage: If an artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping provider directly. The shipping company's insurance covers damages if they can be documented. Please retain the packaging and the damaged artwork, and document the damage with photos to facilitate the refund process.
