1. General Information about the Online Shop
   1.1 The online shop "BubbleCanvas" is operated by Karl-Heinz Richter, a small business owner.
   1.2 The contracting party for all orders in the online shop is Karl-Heinz Richter, sole proprietor.
   1.3 Company address: Käthe-Kollwitz-Straße 11, 14974 Ludwigsfelde, Germany.
    

2. Scope of the GTC
   2.1 These GTC apply to all products offered in the "BubbleCanvas" online shop. Currently, the offering consists exclusively of artworks created by soap bubble patterns on canvases, divided into four categories based on size or color.
   2.2 These GTC are intended solely for private customers.
    

3. Conclusion of Contract
   3.1 The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the customer places an order via the online shop and receives a confirmation email from "BubbleCanvas."
   3.2 There is no minimum order value. Once a product is in the shopping cart, the order process can be completed.
    

4. Prices and Payment Terms
   4.1 The prices indicated in the online shop are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs, which vary depending on the delivery location.
   4.2 The following payment methods are accepted: PayPal, credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and instant transfer (Sofortüberweisung).
   4.3 Payment is required before the artwork is delivered.
    

5. Delivery and Shipping
   5.1 Shipping is available worldwide.
   5.2 Free shipping is available within Germany. For buyers outside of Germany, shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, value of the artwork, and destination country.
   5.3 Delivery of the artworks is handled by an external shipping company, which is responsible for proper packaging and protection of the artworks.
   5.4 Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
    

6. Right of Withdrawal (Return and Exchange)
   6.1 Products can be returned at your own expense within 14 days in accordance with § 312g BGB.
    

7. Retention of Title
   7.1 The goods remain the property of Karl-Heinz Richter until full payment of the purchase price.
    

8. Warranty and Liability
   8.1 There are no guarantees for the artworks. However, the customer is informed about where not to store the artworks to avoid damage.
   8.2 Liability for damages is only covered within the framework of transport insurance, which is determined by the size and value of the artwork.
    

9. Final Provisions
   9.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
   9.2 Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
